About HMI

Experience Gets the Job Done Right

HMI Industrial Contractors, Inc. was established in 1991 and our superintendents each have over 30 years of experience in the industry. Our commitment to operating with integrity, excellence, and safety has allowed us to grow into one of California's leading industrial Millwright contractors. Our team is the best in the business!

Integrity Sets Us Apart

Integrity is an essential part of our company culture. We want our customers to get the best possible solutions for their industrial construction needs even if that means we won’t be working on a project. We will never recommend a solution that doesn’t make financial and mechanical sense.

Excellence is our Business

We pride ourselves on having the highest customer satisfaction in the business. We care about and respect our customers and form close working relationships that often lead to repeat business. We employ certified welders and crane operators and we supply our craftsmen with all the tools and equipment they need to get the job done in an efficient manner. We maintain excellent project management practices and always aim to deliver our best work on time and on budget.

HMI Employees

Our Stability is our Customers’ Savings

HMI is a debt-free company so we are able to provide cost-effective services. We own a large range of equipment and can respond quickly to our customers’ needs.

Safety Comes First

At HMI we are committed to the safety of all employees and customers. We implement safety programs and standards to continually maintain an incident-free workplace.

Building Careers with Our Apprenticeship Program

HMI supports and encourages our young apprentices to attend and complete the four-year training program. We offer an excellent four-year apprenticeship program to enable our employees to grow with our company. This gives our people a head start in the field of industrial construction and gives them the skills and qualifications that make our company an elite mechanical contractor.
